Privacy Policy

The short version: Tempo runs entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or store any of your personal data. Your tasks never go to any server we operate.

What we collect

Nothing. Tempo has no account, no sign-up, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking SDKs. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, or the contents of your tasks.

Where your data lives

Your tasks, projects, notes, and focus history are stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's on-device database. If you are signed in to iCloud, this data syncs across your own Apple devices through Apple's private CloudKit — encrypted and tied to your Apple ID. We have no access to it, and it never passes through any server we control. You can turn iCloud sync off at any time in iOS Settings.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Tempo schedules local notifications on your device for tasks that have a time. These are created and delivered entirely on-device; nothing is sent to us or to a push server.

Third parties

Tempo includes no third-party analytics, advertising, or data-sharing services. The only "third party" involved is Apple, solely to provide iCloud sync of your own data across your own devices, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children

Tempo does not collect any data from anyone, including children. It is rated 4+.
