Introduction

SwarnaPro ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our gold calculator application.

The short version: We do not collect, store, or share any of your personal data. All your information stays on your device.

Information We Do NOT Collect

SwarnaPro is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect:

  • Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
  • Location data
  • Usage analytics or tracking data
  • Device identifiers
  • Any business or transaction data you enter

Data Storage

All data you enter into SwarnaPro is stored locally on your device using Apple's Core Data framework. This includes:

  • Shop profile information
  • Transaction history
  • Customer records
  • Daily gold rates
  • Making charge presets
  • App preferences

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it or enable iCloud sync.

iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data will be stored in your personal iCloud account. This is entirely optional and can be disabled at any time in the app settings.

When iCloud sync is enabled:

  • Data is synced to your private iCloud account
  • Apple's iCloud security and encryption protects your data
  • We have no access to your iCloud data
  • Data syncs only between your own devices signed into the same Apple ID

Data Export

SwarnaPro allows you to export your data (transactions, rates, customers) to CSV files. When you export data:

  • Files are created locally on your device
  • You control where the files are saved or shared
  • We do not receive or access exported files

Third-Party Services

SwarnaPro does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app works completely offline and does not make any network requests except for optional iCloud sync.

PDF Quotations

When you generate PDF quotations, these are created locally on your device. Sharing quotations via WhatsApp, email, or other apps is handled by your device's share functionality - we do not intercept or store shared content.

Children's Privacy

SwarnaPro is a business tool intended for jewelry merchants. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age. The app does not collect any personal information from any users.

Data Security

Your data security is ensured through:

  • Local-only storage (data never transmitted to external servers)
  • Apple's built-in iOS security features
  • Optional iCloud encryption when sync is enabled
  • No external API calls or network dependencies

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it:

  • Access: View all your data within the app
  • Export: Export your data anytime using the Export feature
  • Delete: Delete all data using "Reset All Data" in Settings
  • Uninstall: Removing the app deletes all associated data

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
