Getting started

On first launch, add your baby's name and birthday — these power the age-based nap windows and growth percentiles. Then log a feed, sleep, or diaper from the Home tab's Quick log tiles or the big + button. You can reopen the in-app tour any time from Settings → How Nestling works.

Logging feeds and sleep

Tap Feed or Sleep to start a timer. The timer keeps running even if you lock your phone or close the app, and nursing remembers the last side you used. Tap "Stop & save" when you're done. To fix a mistake, open History from the Home tab and long-press any entry to delete it.

Nap predictions (SweetSpot)

The Sleep tab suggests the next good nap window from your baby's age and recent rhythm, calculated on your device. Turn on nap reminders in Settings to get a gentle notification at the predicted time. Predictions are gentle suggestions — always follow your baby's cues.

Growth charts

On the Growth tab, tap Add to record weight, length, or head circumference. Your entries are plotted against WHO percentile curves. Percentiles are for information only and are not medical advice.

Inviting a caregiver

Go to the Family tab and tap "Invite a caregiver." Choose "Can edit" for a co-parent or "View only" for a nanny or grandparent, then send the invite link. The other person taps the link on their iPhone, signs into iCloud, and accepts — your shared baby then appears on their device. Both of you need to be signed into iCloud with two-factor authentication on.

Apple Watch

Install the Nestling watch app from the Watch app on your iPhone. From your wrist you can start a feed or nap, and log a diaper or pump — everything syncs back to your iPhone.

Purchases & restore

Nestling is a single one-time purchase — no subscription. Free logging of feeds, sleep, and diapers is always available; the one-time unlock adds predictions, growth charts, multi-caregiver sync, and Apple Watch. Reinstalled or on a new device? Open Settings and tap "Restore purchase."

Privacy

Your data stays on your device and your own private iCloud. Read the full Privacy Policy.
