Privacy Policy

Milo is built to be private by design. Your data stays on your device. We do not operate servers that store your trips, and we do not have accounts.

What we collect

Nothing. Milo does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There is no analytics SDK, no advertising, and no third-party tracking.

Location & motion

Milo uses your device’s location and motion sensors solely to detect and record the drives you take, so it can calculate your mileage deduction. This processing happens entirely on your device. Your location history and trips are never sent to us or any third party. You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in iOS Settings; the app remains usable (you can add drives manually).

Your data & storage

Trips, vehicles, places, expenses, and settings are stored locally on your device. You can export all of your data (JSON, CSV, PDF) or delete everything at any time from within the app (Settings → Privacy).

Purchases

Milo offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. We never see your payment information. There is no subscription.

Children

Milo is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect data from anyone.
