How do I log my period?

Tap Log how you feel on the Today screen, or tap any day on the Calendar. Select your flow level, add symptoms or mood if you like, and tap Save. That's it — Lunara updates your cycle prediction automatically.

Can I log a past day?

Yes. Open the Calendar tab, tap any past day, and log your flow and symptoms for that date. Backfilling helps Lunara build a more accurate picture of your cycle history.

Does my data get uploaded anywhere?

Never to us. All cycle data stays on your iPhone. If you have iCloud enabled, your data may sync privately across your own Apple devices via Apple's encrypted CloudKit — no one else can access it. See our Privacy Policy.

How accurate are the predictions?

Predictions are based entirely on your personal logged history — Lunara doesn't use data from other people. Accuracy improves with more cycles logged. The app shows a confidence level and a "give or take" range to be honest about variability. Predictions are estimates, not guarantees, and are not a substitute for medical advice or birth control.

What does Lunara Pro unlock, and is it a subscription?

Lunara Pro is a one-time purchase of $5.99 — never a subscription. It unlocks next-period and fertile-window predictions, the full Insights screen (cycle history, averages, charts), and CSV data export. Pay once, yours forever.

I bought Pro on another device / reinstalled. How do I restore it?

Open Lunara, tap See your predictions on the Today screen to open the paywall, then tap Restore purchase. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and restores for free.

How do I set up period reminders?

Go to Settings → Enable period reminders. Lunara will ask for notification permission and schedule a reminder a few days before your next predicted period. Reminders are generated on-device — nothing is sent to any server.

How do I lock the app with Face ID?

Go to Settings → Require Face ID and toggle it on. Lunara will lock immediately and require Face ID or your device passcode each time you open it.

How do I export my data?

Lunara Pro includes CSV and JSON export. Open Settings → Export as CSV (or JSON) to save your full cycle history to Files, share it, or import it elsewhere.

How do I delete all my data?

Go to Settings → Delete all data. This permanently removes everything from your device. If iCloud sync was enabled, it also removes the data from your private iCloud container.
